If I place my order today, when will I receive my luxury affect hair extensions ?
Products ship with 1-3 business days from your order date, if placed during OUR business days & hours . Those Days & hours are Monday-Wednesday 10am-6pm . If a holidays falls on one of those days listed , they’re not considered business days.
How many bundles do I need ?
How many bundles you need depend on the length & texture you purchase.
For luxe curly :
16-18 inch : 2 or more bundles are required
20-24 inch :3 or more bundles are required
26 -30 inch : 4 or more bundles required
luxe straight, luxe bodywave,raw 613,raw Indian wave :
18-22 inch : 3 bundles are required
24-30 inch : 4-5 bundles are require

How do I color the hair I will receive ?
It is recommended that all hair is processed low & slow, meaning with a low volume developer like 20 to maintain the integrity. Professional brands lighteners are MANDATORY. All in all, taking your hair to a color professional is the BEST option.
I ordered online, but want to cancel, can I do that ?
We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting the order.
In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will luxury affect cover the cost of my hair appointment or cancellation fees ?
No, luxury affect hair co will not cover or pay any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services & appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming hair appointments.
I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after I place my order ?
Once an order is placed, discount codes may not be applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted .
Do you sell samples of the hair textures/ or can I come in store to look at the hair before I purchase ?
No we do not sell or offer samples of the hair textures. We encourage our luxe babes to pay a visit to our store location.
Do gift cards expire ?
All cash - value gift cards purchased through the website will remain valid for five years from the date of issuance, in accordance with Louisiana law regulations.
