What To Expect When You Open Your Package : 

Upon receiving your package, they are no co-washed prior to shipment. They are shipped to you the way they are shipped us after our quality check. Additionally you may notice short hairs around the weft, referred to as “beards” which are perfectly normal.

All extensions MUST BE CO-WASHED prior to any installation for the extensions to flourish as they should. Failing to co-wash your extensions may result in them underperforming.

THE CO-WASH PROCESS 

It’s essential to always co wash your extensions while keeping the zip-ties intact. This gives you full control of the extensions & gives you the chance to inspect any irregularities. If you notice any irregularities please contact us during the business hours immediately.

Allow your extensions to fully air dry or sit in a hooded dryer prior to installation.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

Co-wash your extensions once a week if you experience any excessive build up or oils due to any products that you use & daily wear.

Shampooing your extensions is vital when getting a new install. Shampoo strips any dirt, oil & build up complete leaving the hair clean but DRY , with that being said you must apply a moisturizing conditioner to your extensions after shampooing to maintain the moisture levels.

DAILY CARE 

  1. Wide tooth combs & paddle brushes to style
  2. Apply an alcohol-free glossing serum for shine & frizz control as needed. Apply excessive product may lead to stiff hair, matting,& tangling. When the hair has build up, it is time for a cowash !
  3. Always use a heat protectant when heat styling . Remember, raw hair responds like natural hair , because it is . Excessive heat can and will alter the integrity and pattern.

Bedtime Care 

Before bed, put your hair into a high ponytail or velvet rollers. Apply a satin scarf & bonnet to reduce frizz and flyaways. Never sleep with your hair loose & free on cotton bedding.
