We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

Please examine your package before signing for it.

Note: We ship in USPS priority mailing envelopes or gold or black poly mailers.

WHEN TO REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE!

Priority mailing envelope or polymailer : If the package is evenly flat, please refuse the package. 

We only ship product to confirmed addresses.  If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm.

We cannot change any addresses. Be sure to check your address before confirming the order ! 

Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday. 

There will be a $15 flat rate shipping fee on all orders with hair extensions! 

Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

LOCAL PICK-UP 

All Local Pick-Up Orders have a 2 business days packaging window. 

Pick-ups are not allowed until a “ready for pick-up” email is sent to the email connected to the order
